About us:
Aurore Havenne is a Brussels-based jewelry brand combining elegance and simplicity. We create timeless pieces in silver, vermeil and Fairmined gold. As part of our growth, we are looking for a Boutique Relationship Manager with a passion for the world of jewelry to ensure an optimal presence in our points of sale and online.
Responsibilities
- Ensure attractive merchandising: Ensure optimal showcasing of our jewelry in partner outlets (depots), while respecting brand image and visual standards.
- Maintain our retailer network: retain the loyalty of current boutiques, and possibly identify and prospect new partners to distribute our collections in Belgium.
- Stock management: guarantee adequate supplies to boutiques in depot, monitor stocks, anticipate restocking and manage any returns/exchanges/after-sales service. Inventory management for the online store as well.
- Customer service: Act as the main point of contact for boutiques, responding to their needs, providing sales support and ensuring a regular presence in the field.
- Online order management: preparation and dispatch, after-sales service.
Your Profile:
- Experience in sales, ideally in jewelry, fashion or luxury goods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-oriented with a strong sense of service.
- Sense of organization and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, rigorous and dynamic.
- A passion for the world of jewelry and fashion is an asset.
